this is my love me nice fan character!! (i guess david mcguire came up with his color scheme, thanks McG) his name is D.A. Declan!! he has a marlon brando-like personality- a sex symbol among toons and talented toon actor, but with an unstable personality and a deep loathing for himself and his craft.

because he is totally serious and not a joke character at all
